2006 Mazda MX-5 Miata

Touted as the next-gen roadster by Mazda, the 2006 Mazda MX-5 Miata was released amidst much anticipation in fall 2005. The MX-5 Miata is a smart two seat sports car. The 2006 edition comes with two side mounted passenger airbags as a standard feature.

The leather seats are red in color, and the car has a tapered nose and tail. The dash and cockpit are wider and roomier and the hardtop is removable. The engine has also been pushed back by around 5.3 inches to improve balance and handling.

The interior of the 2006 Mazda MX-5 Miata is filled with chrome and silver accents, and the instrument cluster is covered by coated glass for easy visibility. The steering wheel comes with cruise control and audio system controls.

The back wall of the cockpit houses three compartments, which also holds pockets and bottle holders which are also to be found around the cockpit. The car delivers a cool 170 hp from its 2.0 liter engine at 6,700 rpm.
